HOUSE PROJECT HTC, MARTORELLES - 2014

Detached house executed with HTC-rammed earth concrete seen stabilized and treated with open pore water-repellent.The house is articulated in the inner courtyard with an olive tree and staircase access to the roof garden-orchard. The relationships between spaces are based on the transfer of light with the use of slides and glass.
The ceilings are made with prefabricated system of laminated wood slab type CLT or KLH.
